My name is FREE. the Poet.   I'm a retired widow woman, sister, mother, grandmother,  great-grandmother and now - first time published author: MY SOUL: At A Glance.    This is a great time in my life. A time dedicated to living life every day with energy, mentally & physically.   Initially, I was intimidated by this transitional period of aging , so I did what I do best. I put my thoughts on paper.  I am a Poet.  Some of my works will be displayed occasionally on/off the show.   Like the 14th Century Persian Mystic and Poet, Hafiz, even in aging, I am Dancing with God.  Sometimes I miss a step or experience difficulty in adjusting to the choreography but I can not and will not leave the floor. 

 

I begin to realize that world's acknowledgment and treatment of me as a person changed,  when I begin to age.  I am part of the Baby Boomer generation.  We are a generation which applies transformation.  As we  [Boomers] have done in every stage of our lives, I chose to make a difference in how I view life in this transitional stage.  The goal of this BlogTalk radio show is to re-connect through communication of information, experiences and ideas.
